Epoxy Resin in Two Parts, A/B Resin for Crafts and Molds

Great for many projects, this epoxy resin has very low odor, is very versatile and can be used for different types of art and craft projects.

This epoxy resin has a very simple mix ratio of 1:1 and fully cured epoxy resin is scratch-resistant.  Epoxy resin, mixed with pigment, may be used as a painting medium, by pouring layers on top of each other to form a complete picture. It can be used in jewelry making, molds or as a doming resin for decorations and labels.  Once mixed, you don’t have a long time period to work with epoxy before the curing has progressed too far to move the materials around.  It’s great for creating coatings that are durable and weather resistant and it may also be used for bonding two surfaces together.  The epoxy resin will fully cure in 24 hrs.  When working with epoxy resin pay special attention to corners, grooves, etc. which can easily trap bubbles.

The health risks associated with overexposure to epoxy resin compounds include contact dermatitis and allergic reactions, as well as respiratory problems from breathing vapor and sanding dust, especially when not fully cured.
